Advantages of our collective agreement

  • National collective agreement, approved and recommended by the government Labor Institute;
  • Complies with MLC, 2006;
  • Upon signing the collective agreement, a Blue Certificate is issued;
  • Already operating under the flags of Panama, Malta, Liberia, Marshall Islands and others, and passes
    the PSC of the Paris Memorandum, Tokyo Memorandum, Black Sea Memorandum, etc.;
  • Terms of agreement — minimum requirements of the ILO, BASIC AB — $690 (starting since 1st January 2026);
  • Flexibility of the terms of the collective agreement — we are ready for dialogue!

Our collective agreement and blue certificate on board the vessel is a confirmation of compliance with the MLC, 2006 requirements. в большинстве случаев ships inspection is reduced only to the submission of these two documents. PSC inspectors will not check every word in a seafarer’s contract and recalculate every salary figure. Otherwise, the inspectors will fully study the seafarers’ employment contracts, and the
outstanding found will cost the ship’s unjustified delay and the shipowner’s nerves.
On the other hand, the terms of our collective agreement are framework and can be adapted to the
wishes of the ship owner and the traditions of the company. That allows you to achieve maximum
satisfaction of the requirements of the parties.
Please note that sometimes, in maritime practice, charterers insist on a “trade union clause”. It lies in
the fact that the collective agreement on the ship must be with the BONA FIDE trade union of seafarers.
Thus, our collective agreement satisfies an even larger circle of charterers and provides possible
additional economic benefits to shipowners.
When signing the collective agreement, the shipowner receives information and legal support. Our
specialists at any time will be able to expertly suggest a way out of the problematic situation with
seafarers or ship inspections. Moreover, we always turn on and talk with the seafarers to get out of the
conflict situations that have arisen.
